Non-Insured or Self-Pay Consultation Fees

The consultation fee covers the cost of a full examination and a detailed treatment plan. If you are not covered by medical insurance, you will be asked to settle the payment after your consultation.

First Visit Consultation Fee – £160.00
Follow up Consultation Fee – £100.00

The cost of any necessary tests or procedures will be discussed with you and are in addition to the consultation fees.


“See and Treat” Skin Surgery – Lichfield Clinic only

The price includes both the consultation fee and the procedure fee.

Small Lumps and Bumps can be removed in the “See and Treat” Skin Surgery clinic.
£370 – Shave Cautery - Skin Tag
£370 – Shave Cautery - Small Raised Mole
£390 – Scalp Cyst removal

Removal of all other skin lesions, requiring more complex surgery, is usually arranged at one of the local private hospitals, and is priced according to the private hospital fees.

Aesthetic / Anti-Ageing Treatments – Lichfield Clinic only

Aesthetic Procedures are undertaken at the Lichfield Clinic only. There is a consultation fee of £75 for all people considering an aesthetic treatment. However, the cost of the consultation fee is redeemable against the cost of any subsequent Aesthetic Procedure fee.

Dr. Anne Ward is recognised as a Provider by all leading Health Insurance Companies, including Allianz Worldwide Care, Aviva, AXA-PPP (Simply Health, The Exeter), BUPA (Benedon), CIGNA, General & Medical, Healix Health Services, Police Mutual, Vitality and WPA.

If you have private medical insurance, please contact your Health Insurance Company before your consultation, to check with your insurer the terms of your policy, particularly the level and type of outpatient cover that you have. Please ask your Health Insurance Company whether you need a GP referral letter prior to booking in, and to obtain an Authorisation Number. Please bring your insurance details and authorisation number with you to the appointment. The cost of any necessary tests or procedures will be discussed with you and follows the Fee Schedule published by your insurer.
